Infusion Spotlight: Rose Ceremony Five Ways

Sure, we love a night out on the town, but take-out with your fav person is more our speed these days. Add in some cocktails and you’ve got yourself a good old fashioned date night! Want to make your drinks a little more special? Say hello to Rose Ceremony, our seasonal infusion kit full of sweet, aromatic pink rose petals that are beautifully balanced with the tartness and fruity punch of raspberries. Did we mention it looks beautiful on your bar cart?! Here are five of our very favorite cocktail recipes to mix up with this blush beauty: 

Deliah Rose

2 oz Rose Ceremony infused gin⁣
1 oz lemon juice⁣
.75 oz honey syrup⁣*
1 egg white⁣

Combine all ingredients and dry shake for 10 seconds. Add a handful of ice and continue shaking for 30 seconds. Strain into a stemmed glass. ⁣

*Honey syrup is delicious and easy to make at home! Add 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup water to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until blended and strain into a jar with a tight sealing lid. 

Chocolate Raspberry Martini

2 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz Rose Ceremony-infused vodka 
Shaved chocolate for garnish 

Shake first two ingredients over ice and strain into a stemmed glass. Garnish by shaving chocolate over the top of the glass and enjoy! 

Color Me Pink

1.5 oz Rose Ceremony-infused white rum
1 oz bitter liqueur (like Campari or Aperol)
1 oz pineapple juice
.25 oz lime juice 

Shake all ingredients over ice until chilled and strain into a stemmed glass. Garnish with a lime peel and enjoy! 

Love Sick 

2 oz Rose Ceremony-infused gin
Squeeze of lime juice
Tonic water to top
Lime wedge for garnish

Pour infused vodka into a Collins glass over ice and top with tonic water. Squeeze a lime wedge over the top, give the drink a swirl to combine and garnish with a fresh lime wedge. 

The Royal Treatment

2 oz Rose Ceremony-infused bourbon
.5 oz Benedictine
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters 
Orange peel for garnish 

Stir ingredients over ice until chilled. Strain into a stemmed glass, garnish with an orange peel and enjoy!
