Infusion Spotlight: Ruby Red Five Ways

The sun is finnnnnally shining, and what better way to celebrate than trying out an old fav, Ruby Red! Tangy grapefruit, tart lemon and garden fresh rosemary are the perfect pairing to your warm weather cocktails. Here are our five favorite recipes of the season:

Cucumber Grapefruit Cooler

2 oz Ruby Red-infused gin
1 oz lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
.5 oz elderflower liqueur
3 cucumber slices
Soda water to top

Muddle cucumbers in a cocktail shaker and pour in the first four ingredients. Add ice, shake well and strain into rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a cucumber slice!

Something Shandy

2 oz Rudy Red-infused vodka
.5 oz lemon juice
Pilsner beer to top

Shake first two ingredients over ice and strain into a pint glass. Top with your favorite pilsner beer and garnish with a lemon wheel.

Cantarito

2 oz Ruby Red-infused tequila
.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz orange juice
Soda water to top
Lemon wedge for garnish

Pour first four ingredients into a Collins glass over ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Pink Skies

2 oz Ruby Red-infused tequila
1 oz grapefruit juice
.75 oz lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a glass with fresh ice. Top with soda water and enjoy!

Blush Bubbles

.75 oz Ruby Red-infused gin
.25 oz lemon juice
Dash of simple syrup
Dash of grenadine
Sparkling wine to top

Shake first four ingredients over ice and strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine and sip, sip, ahhhh.
