2 minute read

Snowed In is the perfect infusion for those days when you just don’t want to leave your living room. Sure it looks pretty, but do you really want to venture outside?  Yeah, we don’t either. We’ll take gazing at the fresh snow through frosted windows with a cocktail in hand any day of the week. Here are five of our very favorite ways to use Snowed In:

Winter in the City

2 oz Snowed In-infused bourbon
1 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes aromatic bitters
Cherry to garnish

Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass, garnish with a cherry and cozy up with your new favorite cocktail.

Apple Ginger Toddy

1.5 oz Snowed In-infused whiskey or vodka
.75 cup water
2 tsp honey
.5 oz lemon juice
1 lemon round
1 cinnamon stick

In a saucepan or tea pot, bring water to a simmer and pour into a heat-proof mug. Add infused whiskey or vodka, honey and lemon juice and stir until honey dissolves. Garnish with lemon wheel and cinnamon stick and enjoy!

Snowy Bee

2 oz Snowed In-infused gin
1 oz lemon juice
.75 oz homey syrup
Lemon twist for garnish

Shake ingredients over ice until chilled and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist!

Stormy Night

1.5 oz Snowed In-infused white rum
1 oz rye whiskey
1 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes of chocolate bitters
Flamed orange peel for garnish

Stir ingredients over ice until chilled and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Run a match or lighter over the edges of an orange peel and drop into the cocktail.

Reverse Apple Ginger Martini
